Been using this surgery from the day it opened.nThe staff in the reception are brilliant, always pleasant and helpful, nothing is a problem for them.nAlso the Vets are very good, they are kind and care about your pets, they explain everything to you about your pets illness and do everything they can to help.nI can recommend them to anyone needing treatment for there pets
After a bad experience with a large veterinary practice we decided our next pet would be cared for by a smaller more personal team. So far we feel more at home with Palmer and Duncan. Angus isn't as impressed as us!
The staff at this veterinary practice have been fantastic, not in only caring for my dogs, but ensuing a dignified and peaceful end to one of my dogs life. The showed compassion, empathy and love for both myself and my dog in her last moments. I will be forever grateful to them, thank you does not cut it.
My beloved dog, Max, was only registered at Palmer and Duncan a short time before we had to say goodbye to him on Friday evening, but the patience, care and compassion shown by all staff we met during that time was outstanding. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time that little bit easier for us. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in Ossett with a pet.
These are the best vets ever. I totally trust them and I can always ask their advice. Our dog trusts them and always gets a fuss and a big welcome from them.nDi Holmes
