From the moment we entered the practice the staff were professional and welcoming. For a minor procedure my elderly dog was treated with kindness and care. Excellent service all round.

Vets and receptionists are all lovely and professional, never had any issues with appointments or phone calls. Unfortunately we have moved out the area now and so have had to leave but highly recommended!

Great vets with lovely friendly staff, Fiona has looked after 2 of our dogs over a 15 year period and is great with them , Parking is close by across the road on the street

Greeted by lovely receptionist and the vet took time with my dog as he's a nervous boy was well happy how they treated loki can't recommend them any more than 100%

I took my hamster in Tuesday 24th at 11.30 as he couldn't walk and had what I presumed was a cyst on his front paw, turned out to be a huge tumour and we had to let him go, this came as a complete shock to me as I thought it would be antibiotics and he would be back home, the receptionists went above and beyond bringing me tissues and showing my children alot of attention as she could see I was upset, she even helped me out of the door as I had my carseat and a 2 year old. She reassured me and made me feel so much better about the situation, the vet himself was really polite and let me down as gently as he possibly could! The 3 staff members made my experience much more bareable! I didn't catch any of their names unfortunately but I'd just like to say thanks again!

I am not a customer of this vet, but I am local to Rothwell and called the emergency number when a bird flew into my kitchen door and seemed injured and unable to fly. The person I spoke to was very helpful and informative and explained the bird was likely just in shock and I could leave it some water and it would likely recover and fly away on its own soon. Surely enough it flew away shortly after crashing, and I'm very grateful for the advice of this vet clinic.

Great within  covid situation but no one there is any different any time.  Have taken our dog Sammy there for about 12 years now.  A friend recommended the practice and we can't speak more highly of every person we have dealt with. Highly recommended and thankyou to all in the practice.

My much loved cat was run over and sadly died.  The vets were so compassionate, caring and i cannot thank them enough in helping me at this difficult time.

Hi  The last time I took my dog was in full lockdown, the dog was taken at the door and I was left waiting outside.  This time, with restrictions lifted, it was just a booster and nail clip, I didn't expect this.  Only 1 person allowed in. Not allowed in unless wearing a mask. The receptionist asked me if I was exempt? This wasn't legal in full lockdown! What has that got to do with anyone in your vets?  Covid restrictions are no longer mandated and should NOT be enforced on customers.  The elderly lady vet needs her eyes testing, she can't see through her glasses and visor, can't be heard through her mask and visor, and she didn't even notice when the dog she was looking at had collapsed unconscious. And still only manged to half do one nail. She can't even see her computer screen unless her head is practically on it. What use is she?  She did try to sell us some dental treatment though.  I am so annoyed and won't be using or recommending your service to anyone ever again. I will however be sharing my experience with passion.
