Have given this place several chances and just a poor service - you wait too long in the surgery even when its a booked appointment then once you have been seen poor you if they need to prescribe your pet anything as that will be another hour waiting! After service is very poor I have been trying to claim via my insurance for over a month and Chantry Vets have held the process up at every point - shame as local to me but I am having to look for an alternative vets as I cannot put up with this poor service anymore! You call and get told to call back when you ask them to call you back they don't!
