Really lovely vets! Receptionist was really nice and helpful when I called to register my pet and book a health check. I have an extremely unsociable and nervous cat so a trip to the vet is always touch and go lol...the nurse who treated her was really patient and reassuring while managing to do all the checks and ear cleans with minimal fuss from a grumpy 12 year old cat! Definitely recommend

I have pet rats, and it’s difficult to find a vet who deals with them for a reasonable price not charging exotic vet prices for minor ailments**. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The surgery was clean. The vet saw my rat quickly, and handled him confidently and kindly. He was thorough and helpful throughout the appointment. Would come back to this vets, especially with them being so local to me! Can’t fault them. ** my rat was only there for a suspected respiratory infection, so I can’t say for other more serious issues/ surgeries.
Had to say goodbye to my cat earlier and would like to thank all the staff at Chantry vets for their kindness at such an emotional time. The vet kept me informed at all times of what was going to happen and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye, thank you to everyone who works there for compassion.
I have been a client of this practice for 10 years plus.The receptionists are always caring and friendly you can get an appointment quickly.All the vets and nurses I have seen have been caring professional and knowledgeable in looking after my pets needs.
I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Middleton for the care they gave my cat Bettypickle when she was neutered. From the lovely receptionist to Lee the nurse who I was thrilled to see was nominated for nurse of the year , they gave Bettypickle who can be a bit of a madam, the best care and were also fantastic at reassuring her cat mum when she left her for surgery. I can’t recommend this surgery enough x
Very professional service. They always listen and act fast. Saved my little boy back in 2017 when it was really touch and go. Will forever be grateful and return.
Please take your pets to a different vets. I found the care very poor, and a lack of interest in my dog, and her needs. Seems to be all about the money for Chantry. We pay a lot of money to vets to care and provide the best treatment for our beloved pets, unfortunately Chantry failed with this. I took my dog to a different vet and and she was correctly treated.
