Ive been using garage services for 50 years and believe the service given by Pakefield Street Motors is as good and as efficient as you will get any where. The staff are very knowledgeable and appear to be comfortable with most makes. The premises are clean and tidy and the work done for me is reasonable in cost. I would happily recommend PSM to friends and family

If you want to leave feeling ripped off and a bit of a mug... then this is the place for you! I took my car in for a repair estimate and told the owner which part it was I was needing changed out. He said he would let me know how much it would cost in a couple of hours. No problem said I. I was called to say it would be £150 to change my part. At this point I said that was a bit dear and I would call to collect my car. When I arrived I found out that my car had been taken apart on the assumption that I was going to go ahead and get the work done. I was then told that his mechanics didn’t work for free and it would cost me £45 for my car to be put back to the condition it arrived in. I wasn’t happy that it would cost me £45 for a free estimate! It all turned very nasty and confrontational over who said what... who was right and who was wrong. In over 20 years going backwards and forwards to various garages this is my worst experience by far.
