Very disappointing! I didn't visit the premises for myself, but for my niece. Having contacted the company the day before we thought we had an arrangement to view and test drive a car. We travelled for over an hour to test drive a specific vehicle. The place was deserted except for one lady who had already been waiting for 2 hours for someone to arrive. Phoned the land-line which eventually transferred to a mobile. No answer for ages and eventually get response. No one will be available today. Why didn't they say the day before! Can't really comment on the vehicles but beware... They could be as shoddy as the customer service.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. My wife and I dealt with Belvedere when looking for a small second car, and from the first phone call to book in the test drive the experience has been hassle free.  I normally dread buying used cars but Belvedere made this painless, dare I say enjoyable process.  Cannot fault after sales care either, having found one minor issue, it was no problem to fix it!  We are looking forward to many years driving in our new car and will definitely be looking you guys up when we need another car.  I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Thank you Belvedere Car Sales, we are very happy VW owners!  I hope you do very well in the future, you deserve it!

Dreadful! Paid securing deposit on owner's assurance vehicle had A/C. Travelled 300 miles to buy but car didn't have A/C. Total waste of time and trainfares and TWO MONTHS LATER, still don't have deposit back!! I phone and email almost every day and am assured it will be done but it still hasn't been returned. This man, Michael Kynaston I believe is the owner, is despicable. I cannot recommend you deal with him.

Great company, very friendly easy going and patient. Just a bit lack of information but the end of the day and overall quick making the car ready with inspection and 12 months mot. I am very happy and I do recommend . I saw all this nasty comments, but I havent experienced anything like that so for me they are lovely people. I cant be more honest.

I bought a car 3 months ago, bargain traded in my car on its last legs and paid 600 for peugeot that was only 1 year younger than my car and had nearly the same miles, I have done over 5000 miles in it already with no issues.

just to comment on the above comment. i work at belvedere car sales and listed the fiat barchetta myself without air con, this man has mis-read the ad and left a holding deposit to secure the car. We also put 12 months mot on the car for him and had the car fully valeted costing us time and money ourselves. Also we lost 2 other customers that also wanted to buy the car, that were told it was already sold as we were keeping to our agreement. If you are from away please read the ad carefully, or call us for more info or pictures first.

Bought a corsa today after having really bad luck with used vehicles..absolute a* service, gent was really easy to speak to and very helpful, he went out his way to help us out and we couldn't be more grateful!! Highly recommended and thank you again!!

Very friendly staff, with good value cars that have been well serviced. They were very quick with giving the car a service and MOT for me.

Do not buy any cars off these people they are a bunch of con artists !!!!!!!

Good service use all time never had a problem staff friendly
