Although I am closer to Ipswich, I have switched to Mitchells where I receive courteous service. They are ZE rated for my Zoé and offer free charging whilst visiting for Renault EV customer vehicles.

The car itself is brilliant, Mitchells are friendly and helpful while looking at and buying a car but less that great after you’ve bought it, I’m still waiting on the callback that I was supposed to have had about a month ago, still waiting on the information about the service plan but that’s ok the Dacha dealer in Norwich can have my money instead, and they need to have a word with the valeting section..... the free sticky sweet I found wasn’t really to my taste either.
