The guys here were very helpful and were extremely courteous. They answered all my questions quickly and with good humour.
They were able too arrange a test drive of a car for.me with now problem. Although it turned out that the car in question wasn't right for me I will be back in the future.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the help and guidance which was provided in a very professional and friendly manner by Paul Emery when I recently purchased a Hyundai i20 from Lings of Lowestoft. Whilst sat in the driving seat I was talked through and shown the workings of all the aspects of the controls. I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage to potential customers as the attention to detail and customer service shown to myself and my family was second to none.

Fantastic. These guys got me an excellent deal on a 2017 Hyundai Tucson 1.7 CRDi Sport Edition.
Paul Emery  is the guy to go to. Helpful, True to his word and a great all round bloke - top man .
On my previous vehicle, I had a really bad buying experience and terrible customer "couldn't care" with a well know dealership in Lowestoft (As much as I'd like to name and shame I can't for legal implications!) so naturally I was a bit wary of stepping into a car show room again. Paul took this on board and I know  that any problems I have he's a phone call or e-mail away.
In fact, the whole team are a great bunch.

Paul Emery is a fellow musician (I'm a vocalist) - He's a drummer and contrary to popular belief, Drummers don't just hit things and snarl a lot,

The whole experience of buying our new Kona was a pleasure  from start to finish. The show room was clean and well kept. Our salesman Paul Emery was Excellent, he made us feel comfortable right from the start and explained everything in detail, he is very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our new Kona and the service we have received.

I have just bought my first every new car from Lings Hyundi. Paul Emery talked us through the whole process and make it so simple - excellent customer service. We were talked through all the finance options and decided to buy a hyundai i10. So pleased with my new car and the service we received - would definately recommend to anyone.
