Contacted dealership yesterday as interested in a vehicle. After a brief conversation with sales asked for a presentation video to be sent over. Was told that understaffed / working alone and may not be able to do the same day. It takes 5 minutes to record and a few minutes to send, but seemingly not able to squeeze this in it seems. Video supplied today and was interested so asked to hold with a deposit. Was told car sold. Expressed my frustration over the delay in getting the video across, only to be told it was essentially my fault I lost the car because I didn’t pay deposit on website when I first saw it. Now forgive me, but I generally only pay a deposit when I’m certain the car is suitable and not beforehand. I’m a cash buyer, was told will come back to me if sale falls through…I might have considered this if it wasn’t for the you should have paid a deposit when you could email. Nice !

I think like most people looking to purchase a car I'm very wary about pushy sales people. I was helping my elderly parents buy a second hand car. I stumbled across auto devotion on google due to the lack of choice around lowestoft of quality used cars. The guys here were very helpful and not pushy. They took the time to show us around the car and then left us to look at are own pace. They were very honest about a couple of Mark's on the car that they would put right before collection. They were great through the hole sale and I would recommend them and it will be a place I go when I look for my next car. Thanks guys

Absolutely awful. I recently bought a car in Easter.  When I went to collect the car, the salesman noticed a scuff mark and said that they would be in touch to repair. I thought this was great. However, no one contacted me about this. After a couple of weeks, I telephoned, I was informed that the salesman was busy and a promise that he would contact me. Never did. I sent emails and further telephone calls. I explained during an email that due to my job, email is the preferred contact method. I received a phone call during work hours, so I could not answer. I emailed again regarding this. Again nothing. I would not recommend Auto Devotion Lowestoft to anyone. Stereotypical car sales. As soon as they have your money, they could not care less.

Lovely people to do business with - ask for Nigel - top chap who will work to get you a good deal on your next car. Whole buying process was quite smooth and the car was handed over very clean. Highly recommended.

Very Happy, We Dealt with Nigel and he was excellent, very honest about the car and on arrival it was exactly as described. Had a long drive home and enjoyed the trip home in the new car, There was a small adjustment needed on the handbrake cable which we got done at our local garage and Nigel reimbursed the cost Would definitely recommend and would definitely consider buying a car from there again in the future.

After the upset and stress of being in a car accident that was not my fault and my car being written off, it was a pleasure to find my new car here.  Nigel is fantastic, with nothing being too much trouble. When he was not available, Tim was also great.  Everyone in the branch is friendly, helpful and they make you feel as if nothing is too much trouble for them.  I had quite a lot of questions and they were all really patient and understanding with me.  my new car is great, they did all the little minor things for me, I have excellent after care and have every faith in the team in Lowestoft to deliver continuing customer service that exceeded my expectations.  I would highly recommend buying your next car here.

I saw a bmw I was interested in. I contacted them via Autotrader on the day that they listed the car. I had a voicemail left by Tim. Telling me the car had only just been taken in and it was going through their workshop as it need a front bumper respraying. I called Tim back and left a voicemail saying I was interested and could they call me back please. No call and that day the car was removed from autotrader as sold. I have no idea what the car was like or what service I would have got as I never got the chance. Poor show guys.

I dealt with a very helpful gentleman called Tim, we did the deal over the telephone which I was a bit nervous about, but he was true to his word, and when I arrived to collect the car it was exactly as advertised. I was very impressed by how efficient he was in sorting out all of the paperwork, during the whole process he was very friendly and professional without being pushy, which makes buying a used car a real pleasure. I would highly recommend this company from my experience.
