My 2015 fiat panda developed an intermittent rattle from the area of the housing around the gear lever. I know how challenging this sort issue can be to resolve. Well full marks to the mechanic who sorted it! It's now rattle free. Many thanks to all involved. Well done.

Very helpful staff. Went it to test drive the new Suzuki Ignis.
Was able to do it that day. No hard sell and offered options that would suit my budget.

Excellent buying experience. The staff were helpful, informative and not at all pushy. Plus they allowed me to negotiate a good deal on my purchase.

Initially the sales team were very good, it went downhill from there.  

Communication has been poor, my car has been sat on their forecourt for hours after service or warranty work was completed, they only way I found out it was ready to collect was to contact them myself just before the end of the day. 

There was no offer of alternative transport after dropping my car off the first time, luckily my son was nearby to take me home, the second occasion was provided but at a cost of £12 per day.

Most annoying experience was when the car was "washed" after a data update, really not necessary, someone had opened a rear window for some reason and it should have been closed before dowsing the car with a pressure washer soaking my rear seat, the service manager acknowledged the problem but there was nothing said to try to rectify it.

Quite simply I will not be using Deisa as a group for anything in the future based on the experience of this dealership.   

I wont go into all the tales of woe but lets just say Suzuki were involved directly.

Its a real shame as I would have bought another new Vitara.

Suzuki  dealer good efficient service wash and hoover with a service, service can be expensive
