Convenient connection from the tube to GWR and SWR rail journeys such as to Windsor or Heathrow. Also to the Elizabeth Line. Can get busy so traveling off-peak is a good idea.
lovely architecture, spacious and easy to get around. best in the country from my experiences.
The London Paddington underground station can be problematic especially during the rush hours, whenever we have to travel past here, I specifically try to avoid travelling between 4pm to 6pm as that's when you get the selfish customers trying to barge their way through. I would recommend if you're going through the ticket barrier put your ticket in, and then wait until the door open, go through and then pause for a second to make sure the door closes behind you otherwise you'll find that some customers try to avoid the ticket barrier.
Journey by foot from:nHammersmith & City line platform tonQueen Elizabeth Line platform = 14 minutes walking/stridingnor 18 minutes brisk walk.
Very busy station. A guide is a must.
