My 84 year old Dad had a fall and ended up in hospital this week. He complained that his hearing aids were playing up. popped into the store and a lovely lady tested amd cleaned his hearing aids and even popped in some new rubber bits. we were in and out in just a few minutes! fantastic service at a time when TBH I could do with out any aditional drama.
Excellent customer service and no heavy sales i.e. just trying to flog something for the sake of it. Testing was clear and explained all. Be assured if you don't need they won't try to sell
