From 7:30 till 9 could not get them to answer the phone. This to order cab in the morning. Not a lot of good.

I always use Otley Private Hire and would recommend them to anyone! They are reliable, desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Haven't got anything good to say about Otley Taxis - pre booked one for 1am pick up. They failed to honour the booking and 'refused' phone call when we tried to call to find out if/when they were coming. Unreliable at best.Try Ride Away Taxis - reliable, good value and prompt service. Avoid useless Otley Taxis.
