Used this company for years but since it was taken over it’s gone down hill Dont have a nice car on the drive because the fare goes up immediately when you pull up Will never use them again !!!!!!

Never arrive on time, even when you pre book they still run late so you end up missing trains.

On a weekend away, needed a ride, looked around and these were close. App worked well, control good to speak to. Drivers prompt and courteous, good service and would not hesitate to use them again when in the area.

Sid absolutely made my day, number 333 best taxi driver I’ve ever had, really chatty and polite, good price, great driver,  5* all round

After long wait driver came in a combi grey Toyota  car in a very rainy weather  he refuse to take on board mother and 2 kids, without even stopping he said he have to order the mini van and just drive off. I would not recommend this taxis to anyone

I will never ever use this taxis firm again, tried to charge me £34 pound from Baildon to Horton bank top I normally pay £16/17! Tried to tell me it was time and half ,I refuse to pay told them to ring the police I ended up paying £20 my advise would be absolutely stay away from these rude robbing cowboys

Ordered a taxi for an 86 friend with a walking stickat saltaire Mill David hockey gallery the driver phone me up and expected my friend to walk to the taxi over 100 metres on a cobbled path. As soon as I mention he was in a car and his passenger the person paying for his service was 86 with mobility issue falls risk he said Oh I understand. He's driving a bloody taxi he not going to get wet in the rain his attitude was awful if he expect passenger to walk in the heavy rain to his taxi and not provide a door to door service as for directions if he does not know where Salts Mills  David Hockey art gallery is try using his Sat nav. . Been let down badly twice by  baildon taxis, on the odd occasion I have to use a taxi to get my kids to school I have pre booked at least an hour before, and moments before they are due to turn up they assign a new driver from Shipley or somewhere. That is not good enough. Do not give a pre book service if you are going to cancel it at the last minute. You have lost a loyal customer
