An absolutely brilliant taxi service which helped me out instantly when I had an urgent need - clean cars, friendly staff and safe driving. I will definitely use again.
Booked a taxi from Leeds Bradford airport. Phoned up when bags were collected as arranged only to be diverted to answer machines. Asked multiple time for someone to contact me. Still waiting! Appalling service and follow up. Do not use!!

if you book a taxi from this company for a certain time, it is guarenteed to not come on time. this company has said taxis are coming for a certain time numerous times and have made me late for work. Pure sh1te
Would have given zero stars if possible. Private hire car booked for 00.30hrs on 1 January to return home from Otley Golf Club function. No car by 01.15hrs, no phone call to explain why and line constantly engaged! Had to walk home in rain. Will never use this firm again and suggest you also avoid. The only other members left waiting for a cab had also booked with Ride away. Draw your own conclusions.
Would have given no stars as never turned up.Booked in advance for early Saturday evening. After 3 phone calls to find out where the taxi was we were given several reasons for its delay " it's in traffic "its on it's way, it's in Burley and it's at the Chevin" and after waiting for 40minutes we gave up and drove ourselves. Very late for a sit down dinner dance. I will never phone rideaway again. Wouldn't have minded so much if we were given an honest answer to start with.
Absolute legends, never had a problem with their taxi service always sharpish and good lads They've saved my Friday like you wouldn't believe, lost my passport the other night when I was worse for wear, it's my only form of ID and I needed it to get into an 18+ event in Leeds TONIGHT, saving grace.
