Worst taxi company I've ever used. If they do actually show up, their driving is frighteningly dangerous. They are also often without change, so I've had to pay more than owed on several occasions. They can be agressive in manner, and on one occasion I was shouted at after the driver made a mistake he later admitted to. Avoid if you can.

Very good service get them 6 times a week and very good on time when I book with them even earlier and the Staff are very friendly and got in a very nice prestige cars

Useless. One 2 separate occasions I rang and pre booked a taxi for 2 hours ahead during the day I had to catch a train one day and hospital visit another. On both occasions I had to call the cab company 5 minutes after the taxi was due as it had not turned up, I was told he was 'on his way' waited another 10 minutes still not there so rang again, fobbed off with same excuse, missed train put me in a massive rush and stressed when I shouldn't have been. No visibility of cars and seemed acceptable to turn up late. Uber is already in Harrogate, as soon as they get to Ilkley they will hopefully run these bunch of amateurs into the ground. Having lived in Manchester and London for the last 20 years, using Ilkley Taxis was like going back to Huddersfield in 1990. Bring on Uber with complete customer transparency.

Booked taxi for 9am for hospital appointment 9.45. I kept phoning, but it never arrived, missed appointment, waiting weeks for another.
