Good service. Would use again.
I booked taxi to take me to the airport at 5.30 in the morning. When taxi didn't turn up, I phoned Chevin Cars several times only to find no one was picking up. Left message asking that I be contacted asap by this time I was having to get my elderly mother out of bed so I could catch my plane. Chivin Cars eventually called back at 6.05 by this time I was at the airport saying they could not find the address!! Clearly if that had been the problem they would have made the call at 5.30 when they were trying to make the pickup. Shocking service, which could have resulted in me missing my plane, which would have meant I missed a days work. I certainly would not recommend this company.

Very reliable, inexpensive and very friendly
Booked a cab to take us into Otley, in plenty of time to connect with the last bus. After standing in the cold for half an hour, and after a phone call chasing, the cab eventually arrived. Fortunately there was no traffic and we just made the bus. I'd never use this company again.
Phoned up 3 times to try and book a taxi, the first two the person said they would call back and never did and finally once I had got through which was the day before I needed one for a wedding they said they couldn't do. Unprofessional.
Nice ride,Driver friendly.
