To be honest 1 star isnt low enough but cant not leave a star for a review! I got picked up from baildon me my partner and 18month old son! He drove 60 mile an hour down a hill which was a 30 road with a blind bend! My partner told him to slow down politely as our son was in the car. He proceeded to take us on our journey home was exceeding speed limits and breaking at the last min like an absolute idiot! He broke that much sharpley that his electric hand break stuck on all the way from car lane to grove house! He had to stop numerous times to restart the engine to try turn the handbrake off but failed everytime. Eventually we arrived home luckly all in one piece! The fair was 6 quid and to be fair i shouldnt have paid him a penny! My partner had a stern word for him as we exited the vehicle and his reply was "sorry boss" not good enough especially if theres children in the car! If he wants to drive like an absolute neb end in his own time n kill himself thats fine! Shouldn't have a taxi licence at all. The car was a dar toyota prias! Absolute abdominal driver!

Absolute shambles. Said taxis on its way now, I live a mile away from the Taxi rank, 30 Minutes later, I rang them, he said yeah it’s in green gates be 10 Minutes. 20 passed By, LATE FOR WORK!! DO NOT USE THESE. Use AA CARZ

Great staff always make sure they are on time and are the cheapest. Using this firm 6 years now Track my own taxi dont even have to worry where it is

Very impressed. We booked a taxi to Leeds Bradford airport for 4.30 and the taxi arrived a couple of minutes early and we arrived in plenty of time. Booked one for the return journey and they arrived about 5 minutes after I estimated we would be ready, so no problems at all. Both drivers very polite.

Worst taxi company I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Ordered 2 taxis to pick us up in Leeds, was told there would be a 40 minute wait, which was fine. After 45 minutes, neither had arrived. After ringing the company, we were told they were 5 minutes away. One came after 55 minutes but the other had still not showed up. After ringing the taxi company again, the man on the phone told us the other taxi was in Leeds City Centre and would be a couple of minutes. After another 10 minutes he still hadn't shown up. Spoke to the company again and they denied all knowledge of the taxi being booked, after complaining the guy put the phone down on me, which is incredibly rude when they're wanting my money and my business. Rang back straight away and they admitted the taxi had got lost, switched off and gone home. Leaving us stranded in the middle of Leeds after 4am, had we not have rung several times they would not have contacted us about the taxi leaving. Worst company ever and will never use again. Very bad customer service and not pleasant to use.
