The bowling lanes only worked half the time.
And after seeing them  prepare  the food I would not eat here.
It needs a  complete revamp and the staff retrained

We had a lovely time here with the kids. It's nice a quite and has a few extras for them to play on. The only issue we had was a lot of the lanes weren't working and the first 2 games we played the lanes broke during and we had to move. It wasn't a problem the staff were very friendly and happy to help.

I booked a Christmas outing here for a party of 30 children. I telephoned in advance and was reassured that my booking had been received and accepted. We then arrived on the night to be told that they had ‘lost’ our booking and that they didn’t have enough food to cater for the party. The manager did go out and purchase more pizzas for us, but a large number of children had to go with an option that wasn’t their first choice, ruining the party atmosphere. The food didn’t all arrive at once, resulting in half the group having finished before some had even received their meal. The promised balloons were missing, and only a percentage of the children received party bags, leaving them very disappointed. 
The overall experience wasn’t one that I would like to repeat and as such have issued a complaint to head office who are dragging their feet in responding. 
I cannot and would not recommend this place given the experience we received. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Lift's and the venue was very dirty. Everything was outdated. Needs a total refub. The chairs were not stable. It was total filth. Doesn't deserve it's 3.5 stars. It's pretty much run down. Something you expect to see in a venue in a rundown area not on Orpington high street

Cheap and cheerful bowling. Lanes kept messing up, but staff were friendly and helpful
