Helpful lady on reception. Quite enjoyed my short visit. Never knew it was there and I have lived around here for 5 years.

Most of the lanes are out of order or otherwise broken. Not enough staff to run the bar and kitchen, and you have to wait while they run off and get the card machine from the other side of the building! The manager is a weirdo who won’t leave you alone while you bowl, and he basically treats the staff like dirt. Saw him once fire a girl for being disabled. Btw the chilli and tuna are often out of date, and they zap frozen chicken wings in the microwave - don’t eat the food, as you may be at risk of food poisoning.

The people working at this place were nice and friendly. But the needs to be re-design and quality products. The food is extremely basic. I would not suggest the food for kids.

It isn’t new or modern, but this is a decent, quirky bowling alley run by good staff. Makes a change from the hipster bowling alleys in central London. Beer is cheap, you don’t need to rent shoes, and the atmosphere is calm and fun.

I have been there on Saturday with friends and unforgettable the wasn't enough stuff to run the kitchen and the bar. You need to look for them and ask to be served. Even getting a beer is a kind of struggle as you do need to wait to be served!!! Because there is no one there and when someone came we were told to wait because they are dealing with the different order. And come on! It wasn't that busy. It's good for bowling but if you want a snack or a drink bring it with you!
