We had a great time here as a siblings day out. The bowling experience is great. There is a seating area for every lane which is good. Every lane is spacious.  When we did walk in the staff weren't so welcoming and weren't friendly. It's a great place to visit but doesn't make you feel comfortable if the staff aren't nice. Soon as we came to the reception there was 4 staff they all turned their backs to us and hesitated to serve us. One lady served us and seemed moody. Would've given the place a 5 star but staff need to treat every customer the same no matter their race, customer service needs working on.

The kitchen had some difficulties and they were not serving food. Also, the lane I was playing at had technical issues and we had to wait a few minutes to have it fixed. Otherwise no complains, other than the bowling there is a small arcade and the games don't seem to be really old like in some places. They even have a racing game with VR headsets which is cool. Bar well stocked, including soft drinks if you don't want to drink alcohol.

We attended Hollywood Bowls but decided to play in the arcade instead. It was quiet empty, which gave us plenty of time to play. Lots of games to play including Mario Kart. Reasonable prices for most of the arcade games. The only thing I found disappointing was the virtual reality screening area was closed. Would have loved to go on it with my son. Parking is £6 for 2 hours in the o2 car park. I believe we used car park 3.

Small place to play bowling and other entertainment equipment, it’s more for children place. It’s not professional bowling place, however one bowling game cost £8.45, it’s decent price!

We came in got to our lane and started bowling. I then realised that kitchen would be closing soon so I wanted to order some food for all my friends. I tried to scan the QR code on the menu but that didn’t work. So I went to the bar and waited 10 minutes and there was not one staff in sight. I then missed my turns of bowling which was very annoying. I then went to reception and finally a kind worker took my order and put it through. The drinks came out very slowly but managed to all get to my lane. The food arrived and we were disappointed once again. The chips  were rock solid, fried what seemed like forever. Onion rings over cooked and the burger being ok. Overall, service was a shambles, you need to have more people on shift. Apart from that we had a great time bowling where no staff where needed.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time visiting here. Service was very  poor as they were very short staffed on a Saturday afternoon. I booked for my son’s 9th birthday, as well as food and drinks for both kids and adults. I was told I couldn’t reserve a table as it is first come first serve. Another birthday booking had reserved a table. We had to wait about 60 mins to be seated. Food took over an hour to arrive and when it did there were orders missing, no cutlery or juice. Parties who were seated after us were seen to before us.  As a result of this we missed our second game. I had to assist a member staff to clean our table in order for my son to cut his cake. Despite the appalling and atrocious experience Rhys who was covering from Norwich did an incredible job hosting 25 people by himself.

Been here more than once and never had an issue. However, this time they seemed to be short on staff. And those that were in. Definitely lacked enthusiasm! A friend with me, who ordered a drink at the bar. Was first told they didn't have it. Then when my friend pointed it out behind them. They huffed and then made the drink. Then while bowling. We used the facility to request drinks from the lane. No one came. That was over a game and a half. Plenty of time to come. Or at least run over and apologise.  Considering everything else that is now on offer inside the 02. Very poor service.

We had our kids play bowling here. There are some helping devices for kids. It was good overall, though we had to wait for c. 15 min to start, despite having a timed slot.

Placed next to a group of children whilst consuming alcohol ourselves. The wait for the bar took ages as the guy kept going disappearing, to be honest, being a staple location, it was not worth the money spent at all, gave up waiting for drinks as everyone was sighing at the bar for a constant 10min for the bar staff to shout to the customer what they had in stock, out of 10 options for drafts, the only one available was Budweiser. I would happily get a refund given it's prime location in London and no real care for customer service, also 5min wait being first in queue to check in. I will not go again, will use different company. Timed games doesn't make it fun as you fell rushed. Also narrow lanes, string attached to pins so low scores also expected.

Few days ago we booked online the bowling for 7 as a team bonding activity so at the end we had more people joined us , when I tried to call the venue for ask if we could add more people at the reservation I found out that THER NUMBER IS DUE TO CHARGE as is not a classic 02… number but is a 08… number, so I couldn’t call because I don’t have the option to call those number with my sim and for many of us was the same. We turn up been a bit more and only 7 played, we went to the counter to ask if we could book another lane as 4 lane were empty and the blonde lady said no. So the rest of was went to the bar to order 16 drinks and food and no one was behind the bar for at least 10 minutes, lots of people were there waiting so I went to call a blood girl behind the reservation desk and she came to do out me drinks. While we were waiting for the food we went to the arcade and the changing money machine took 10£ from us and we had to call the manager to open it and get the money back. At 8pm sharp the blond lady come over and told us to leave immediately because next reservation was there,as we just finesse to play we asked her few minutes to move the staff and she repeated that we had to go straight away,we had lots of drinks and food and we had to squeeze in a super small table because she was pushing us to go. I’m sorry but we spent lots of money yesterday and we will never come back. We work in hospitality too and this is unacceptable. All staff was grumpy and rude, no flexible or accommodating. Hope you gonna do something about it
