We went early so it wasn't busy and had a good time, it was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Half way through we ordered some food on the app and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was and that it was a fairly good price. The car park had plenty of room and compared to other parking in the area all a bit pricey wasn't too bad, the only negative is that you pay and display, I would prefer to pay on exit so you don't have to clock watch. Unfortunately I lost both games but still enjoyed myself and will be going back
2 for 1 offer. Used QR code to order food and drinks, no problems. Still have plastic dividers up, however your sharing the bowling balls - could hand sanitize between each throw if your concerned. Good ways to spend couple of hours
Visited as a treat for the kids half term. They have had a refurbishment and works much better with where you queue to book lanes and the toilets are far better than it previous was/ now with ventilation! The lanes all had nice comfy seats and a plastic cover to keep your lanes private. Food was good and drinks reasonable prices to. Only let down was a few of the arcades were faulty and there was no one around to help as they appeared to be short staff. It would make sense to have extra staff during half terms, and now excuse to forecast how busy it can be as most guests books online.

It was very busy which shows it’s a popular attraction to visit. You are called to your lane at the time you booked and the system is easy to use. Enjoyable for all the family with a well stocked bar and food. There are also pool tables and an arcade.
A very popular place that's great for kids! We arrived at a peak time so business was to be expected - a large range of arcade games to keep everyone busy with pool tables and bowling lanes also available. The staff did seems somewhat cold and uninterested, however this could have been due to the sheer number of people they had to attend to.
This place has had a long overdue face lift, and the setup is much better. You still have to run the gauntlet of tacky arcade machines as soon as you enter the complex, but I guess this is only to be expected at these venues. The bowling itself is very intuitive and there are options to automatically raise and lower the rails depending on who's go it is. Bar service can be a little slow and my only [main] gripe is that the food arrived cold and is served by staff who seem unable to communicate or make any kind of eye-contact. Overall, we have a good time there, but it just feels a little like we're moderately tolerated rather than warmly welcome. But hey, it's a bowling alley!
Good fun for the family. Arcades, pool, bar, bowling. Special offers on Sundays. Staff do what they can to please, but place is starting to seem a bit weathered. Half the arcade machines were out of commission, and bar service is a little slow due to staff shortage. But aside from these quirks, good fun.
Place was not the issue, but being charged 13p/minute to call them to make a party booking and then the phone company's charge on top is ridiculous. In total I've been charged £19 to be allowed to spend £200+ with them. Either invest in a proper online booking system or drop the charges. It would have been cheaper to drive the 10 miles there and back to make the booking in person.
Décor hasn't changed in 30 years but it's got a charm to it! Disabled access is good - there's a lift and step free access to the bowling alleys. If you ring up to book, you can request a wider, more wheelchair-friendly lane, and disabled customers get a small discount. However calls to that number cost 13p/minute and we were on hold for a while. We booked normal tickets online as the savings for disabled customers were small and ringing was a faff to get hold of someone. That meant we were in a normal lane, where we just squeezed the wheelchair through but a large wheelchair user might struggle.
