Tuesday half price bowling is a god send kiss and adults all have fun. Takes approx an hour for one game so you can time your plans for the evening staff are always very helpful if a bowling ball gets stuck.nnArcades are a nice distraction if you have the time and money for it, great selection of games. This time the Photo Booth want working which was a shame as the kids wanted a memory keepsake from our evening out with friends.nnLocation is great as lots of food places nearby and ample parking. Go early for parking if you want to park close by.

Bowling alley on a Friday late afternoon was rather quiet, I suppose it’s not a cheap place to go.nnLooks like they may need some kind of security on the door though because there was two men ‘stalking/lurking’ around the entrance/exit trying to talk to any girl/woman that was leaving.nnNot something you should see when you’re out with your kids.

I recently visited Timpinn Croydon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly due to the bartender’s attitude and service.nnFrom the moment we approached the bar, the bartender seemed uninterested and irritated. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. When we asked a simple question about the drinks menu, the response was short and dismissive, as if we should have already known the answer.nnThe service was also incredibly slow, even though the bar wasn’t particularly busy at the time. Other customers who arrived after us were served first, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the wait. When our drinks finally arrived, they were carelessly prepared and didn’t taste right.nnOverall, the lack of basic customer service and professionalism really let the place down. A friendly and attentive bartender makes a huge difference to the atmosphere, and sadly that was completely missing during our visit. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

The arcade sucks. The snakes and ladders machine coin machine was not dispensing coins. When I approached staff they just said people complain and that’s how it should be. I have played many of these and that is not how they should work.nClear that they know there are issues but it continues not to get resolved. Complete scam.nnBowling was okay but the floor was wet so I kept slipping

I came here to have a great time but unfortunately I didn’t, the staff at the bar have bad attitude. I come tenpin every week and I show physical Id, because I’ve shown my physical ID several times , today I didn’t have my Id on me I only had a picture on my phone. This one lady that works at the bar that I’ve showed my physical id before didn’t want to serve me. She has seen my id last week but this week she wanted to pretend she doesn’t recognise me which is absolutely absurd. The picture that I’ve uploaded is with the staff member of tenpin that’s has been completely rude and had no customer service skills, really upset that I couldn’t enjoy my time at tenpin.
