LOVE TONY!! Amazing customer service, Tony was so so lovely as were the other staff. Great place for a decent day out. Bowling, pool, arcade games, prices that don't hurt your soul and fulfil your childhood nostalgia. Only criticism is for the toilets to be cleaned more as they smelt like Beckton exit, but other than that, really cute place.
Really good vibe, perfect for a time out with friends and family, play bowl, pool, air hockey and arcade games. Great place for entertainment and enjoyment.
Great place to play with friends afcorse sometimes crowdy and busy, but its normal on weekends so better book your game online. Always Happy with staff always ready to Help, polite by the bar BIG THANK YOU FOR LUCIE

Have not been bowling for years but took the grandchildren. Booked lane on line, so easy to do. When we got to Hollywood bowl lanes were set up ready to play. You can buy food and drink which is reasonably priced. Grandchildren loved the amusements afterwards. Good parking outside.
Our first visit to Hollywood Bowl Dagenham. The staff were very busy on a Saturday night a week before Christmas but gave us a full attentive service when it was our turn. The drinks, snacks and main meals were very good and the kids enjoyed them. The place is very clean with hand sanitising stations at various points. The main customer lift was out of order it happens but the staff were very good to offer an escorted trip in the goods lift for one elderly member of my party and this was hugely appreciated. We will most definitely be returning in the near future, congratulations Hollwood Bowl.
Went here last week for a game of bowling with the kids and had a great time. The bowling looks clean and modern and at night you can bowl in the darks with neon lights on. Food was ok, nothing special mainly burgers and hot dogs and the hot dogs are Rollover and decent size. Did not try the pizzas, but they have a few available. No problems throughout and plenty of balls available. Always busy so the staff were keen to get you on to lane efficiently and the lane host set our lane up for us and was always on hand if we needed anything. Overall this is a decent facility and kept in good condition.
Can I give it 0 stars?? Went tonight on a Thursday, fairly busy with more than enough staff. No one available to help, no one knows anything. Had to wait ages for nachos out of a packet with rock hard cheese. Toilets? Well disgusting is a nice word!
The food portions were surprisingly large here! At least for the nachos they were. The food took a while to come out, but was quite sufficient when it did. Bowling systems are nice and have been updated.
Not many games available, the bowling lanes are good, could be better tho. Its also VERY FULL on weekends like no space to move around. Food is okay… i ordeed some cheesy fries and the cheese was literally GLUE and £5.. overall its okay but needs a lot of improvement. The bathrooms look awesome!
