I had an incredible experience at Orangetheory Fitness with Coach Alex! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The state-of-the-art facility is sleek, clean, and well-equipped. Alex led an energetic and challenging demo class, expertly guiding me through each exercise with personalized attention and encouragement. His knowledge and enthusiasm are contagious! The supportive community and upbeat atmosphere make it the perfect environment to crush your fitness goals. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making it feel so comfortable. If you're looking for a gym that truly cares about your success, look no further than Orangetheory Fitness and Coach Alex. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
Orangetheory London is awesome! From the front staff to the trainers, everyone has provided excellent service. The classes are always different and challenging, and the music is so energetic. It feels like a community - I've gone to a number of gyms and this one is so welcoming and positive. Definitely a place for people looking for a gym that is nonjudgmental, goal oriented and all around a lot of fun. Their care for people's health during COVID has also been top notch!
I really enjoy Orangetheory! My biggest complaints are not great class times for my personal schedule 6:45am is too early if I have a full day, but 9:30am is too late. Compared to other OTF I’ve visited, this studio is really crammed, and some equipment is in poor shape, or missing.
The classes are there to help you. They cant do the work for you, but they are supportive. After having to leave a class unexpectedly, they did not charge me. Staff saw there was an emergency and let me reschedule without a request. Just sent me a txt. They operate on transparency. How amazing is that!

Studio is very clean and staff is professional but also personable! They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Coaches are great and keep you motivated
Just signed up again with this gym and love every minute there!!! Love the workouts, the coaches and front desk crew, you’re all amazing!!! Was there about 3 years ago and lost 40lbs and back now to lose more!!! Best place to work out with a personal trainer but not paying the price of one Highly recommend to anyone wanting to reach a goal for a healthy lifestyle!!!
OrangeTheory is incredibly motivating. I love all the equipment and exercises that are used for each workout. The time flies by in each class because the exercises are laid out clearly and the goal for each class is explained. Wearing a heart monitor helps track your progress in real time plus you receive the data upon completion in an email. The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive and encouraging.
I originally wrote a positive review when I found the staff super friendly and supportive of my health goals. However, after cancelling my membership, I realized this company has proven to be nothing but a MONEY GRAB. I cancelled February 12th - I figured it’s too late to get my money back for this month so Feb was a write off. However, they said they would still charge me for March because of the contract I signed which requires 30 days notice… so based solely on a technicality. At the very least I expected them to waive my March fee on COMPASSIONATE reasons because my partner was suddenly hospitalized he has a large tumor in his spine and was almost paralyzed without surgery, and is still currently recovering. He declined quickly so I obviously was not able to commit to OTF anymore. Honestly, I expected more from them - to be human, to be compassionate and reasonable. In my case, the contract should mean F all at this point. Point is - IF YOU ACTUALLY CARED about the health and well being of your members, you would consider deviating from whatever contract they signed and show some compassion. At this point, when they refused to give me a break, I realized me paying $130 per month was not an investment in my body, but solely a money grab. So disappointed but at the same time I shouldn’t have been surprised.
I love Orangetheory! The coaches are so motivating. I would never push myself that hard working out on my own. I’m so thankful for the great community at OTF in London. The staff, coaches, and other members are so friendly and welcoming.
