They are amazing professional coaches.I love all of them, they treat everyone equal!!!great fighting gym in London! You get to improve yourself every single time.and it's such a greatest feeling after your morning boxing!the top fighting gym in London.

Have been doing their conditioning class on Wed afternoon for a few months now - it's tough, different excercises every time, and I love it. Also tried bag work classes on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime, led by Shane or Adam - great fun and amazing work out. Highly recommend, everybody there is super friendly and nice.

I absolutely love the classes! Even with no experience in MMA. Great way to do cardio without realizing it and get your butt into shape ;

I've only checked out the shop, it's really small with a few different types of gloves. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great club with excellent coaching & a good atmosphere.
