Finally, it is worse. 2 months over winter with the heating broken. Freezing air blasting in every class. The usual dirty changing rooms and now there is no soap during a global disease outbreak. I am cancelling my membership after 5 years.

This branch has everything to be great, except a proper management and a minimum concern about its customers. It has always been like this, but now they don't even care following the brand's covid measures. Unsafe, avoid

It is a great facility which is easily accessible by tube & great staff..5 star's when the sauna & steam room reopen

Great space, cool swimming pool and many other areas.  Staff are friendly and very helpful.
