I dealt with Simon who handled my request perfectly. I was sent a video of the Ford Ecosport I was interested in, along with lots of pictures. A meeting was booked for me to pick up the car and all the paperwork was seamlessly dealt with at the time. The dealership was two hours away, so it was important that everything went smoothly and I could get on the road home. Thanks for your help and attention to detail.
We drove 3 hours to view a car, after visiting other dealerships who promised us a "mint" vehicle and failed miserably. OMC Oldham sent us a detailed video in advance and off we went. They were great, the car was mint condition, the sale was smooth. BMW convertible in tip top condition- thanks guys!
A good experience with OMC Oldham and a helpful and friendly salesman John. We purchased a Ford Fiesta and everything was explained thoroughly and the process was very smooth. We appreciated the test drive/lift home and John went the extra mile in terms of service and offers of any ongoing help we may need. Friendly well run garage and showroom.
I bought a used Fiesta from OMC Oldham with the help of John and the rest of the team. They were very helpful, answered all of my questions without issue and were not pushy at all. In the run up to collecting the car John was happy help sort out issues such as replacing the car's parcel shelf which I greatly appreciated. Overall it was a great experience - friendly and helpful staff that provide good service, coupled with a hassle free sales and car collection process.
Just picked up my new Ford Mach-E what a great experience the team David and Andy were super professional and made it a joy to deal with. OMC. If you need, and want first class service with a human touch give these guys a Go..... well done OMC Ford
Got a mobility car through Ford oldham and I couldn't have asked for a better service. Simon was on hand whenever I called and gave me updates on when my vehicle would be ready. He explained everything to me in great detail and everything was clear, would highly recommend Ford oldham.
Totally untrustworthy, had my car serviced. Was told Brake light staying on , possibly needs a brake pedal switch investigation. The couldn't repair the same day . I really needed the car that evening, so decided to take the car ,with a view to returning it the following day . On collecting the car , discoverd brake lights were working perfectly. Do not trust these scoundrels . If they suggest any fault, check it out . I didn't even received an apology.

This is my first time dealing with a OMC Ford Oldham and I was very disappointed with and appalled with the customer service I received. I have a 2020 fiesta which is still within its warranty period. I was trying to book in for investigation work regarding a paint and panel issue once I explained the issues to the service advisor they told me I have rung the wrong department and transferred me to the paint and accident department after telling me that the issue does sound to be a warranty issue. Once I re explained the issue to the now paint and accident advisor I was asked, did I buy the car from them? Which I didn’t and told them that once they knew this the woman started to back track and was very abrupt and dismissive , I didn’t feel welcome and began to feel I was being fobbed off. She was telling me to raise the issue with Ford customer services or try another dealership and that they do not have a warranty Clark at the site to process the warranty claim anyway, however the service advisor before didn’t say anything about not having warranty Clark to process the claim but was more reassuring that it is a warranty issues I just came to the wrong department. This is not the service I expected from the ford brand, and has stained my opinion of the Ford brand. I would not recommend OMC company or OMC Oldham Ford to anyone. If possible I wouldn’t have even put one start but it wouldn’t let me do a review with out do so.
Amazing customer service from start to finish! Never any pressure from the sales team and always keep you updated with the progress of the delivery of your car!
