The wife and I saw a red mokka on the Pentagon website and went down to look at it. Dale the salesman looked after us brilliantly and very professionally. We made our minds up in minutes and did not look at another model. I picked the car up inside a week fully valeted / taxed and they even put fuel in as well. The hand over from our other car was flawless and they gave us a great part ex price. As and when we get another Vauxhall we will definitely be going back to pentagon Oldham. Fantastic Team.

Nice and clean showroom, helpful staff, can be a little tricky to park if busy. Update, march 2018, having just got a new car from Vauxhall, the service was Excellent, no pushy sales person, everything was explained very well, would give 5 stars, but need to sort out the car park, maybe a couple of spaces for parents with children.

Can't really fault pentagon staff they have been very helpful. It's the customer care team I've had problems with. My daughter bought a Vauxhall Corsa from new her second new car. It's just under 4yrs old and the timing chain has failed. Damaging the engine the CCT refuse to help with the cost because it hasn't been serviced by them . I explained the car has been serviced every year to high standards. They still made excuses and refused to help. It's the last car I ever buy from Vauxhall. If you don't have it serviced by them there not interested.

As a lady of a certain age there are 2 situations that bring me out in a cold sweat – going to the dentist and buying a used car The car sales man (Adam) at the Vauxhall used car site at Chadderton Oldham listened to what I wanted and then found the perfect car I asked for. He did not at any time tried to persuade or influence me to buy what ‘he thought’ I needed. He was definitely not patronising because this ‘little woman’ referred to cars by colours and not make and model. He was friendly, reassuring but also completely professional making my experience very relaxed and not at all daunting. On Wednesday I picked up a beautiful 2 year old red Vauxhall viva. Adam Streek thank you so much – I love my new car!!

went in looking for new car as mine was write off by insurance company spoke with Paul was really helpfull decided on car I wanted was ready to be picked up in less than a week fully valated would highly recomend
