When my wife's car was broken into in October 2017, my car insurance took the car to Vauxhall Pentagon in Middleton for repairs. We were to pick the car up a number of times in February 2018 after repairs had been completed, but faults were found, & needed to be investigated/repaired no less than 3 times. Four and a half months after the break in, we received the car back, but on closer inspection, repairs were not done properly & our breakdown cover needed to be called when the car wouldn't start 1 day after having it returned by Pentagon! An absolute nightmare... to be avoided when it comes to car repairs. A few polite & decent people working at this branch doesn't excuse rampant incompetence in receptioning & technical staff. Angry that our insurance company took our car there & will make an official complaint to them, insisting on an alternative repair centre for remedial work 4.5 months since the car was broken into!!! The only good thing about this place, is the adjacent Chinese restaurant... where my wife & I went to, to console ourselves after yet another disappointing visit to Vauxhall Pentagon. Zero stars should be an option here. Happy to divulge further with details if anyone asks clarification.

Shocking is the only word to describe this outfit, if you value your car please dont buy or use Pentagon Vauxhall. Cambelt was replaced last year, as soon as it was replaced there was a strange noise so took it back , noise was blamed on a few different thing but not the root cause, The cambelt was put on far too tight, by the MasterTech, They havent heard the last from me

i went in on friday 2nd feb 18 looking to buy a new van , no one greeted me outside so i went into the showroom to ask assistance , the 2 salesman looked at me like dirt , as i always dress in rags to inspect the vehicle as i dont want grease / oil all over me , as you treated my like filth im 100% SURE IM NOT GIVING YOU £20K OF MY MONEY

It's ok but there very pushy in makeing you take extras so don't be left on your own.

They are always friendly and helpful and I got a very good deal on my wonderful car, a Vauxhall Mokka, it's a wonderful car
