Me and my partner went to their shop this weekend and it was the worse shopping experience I ever had. They are sexism! I am a female, from the moment I walked in to the second I went out, I could feel no respect from any of their male dominated staff. The staff never look at me when answering my questions and they won’t even asked me any questions. They only care about their male customer all along. It’s like female are not important in their field :

Wish I had read the reviews before buying.nnBought a car in May drive 2 miles for the engine management light to come on. Rang the store and that's when it all started.nnThe car went back for repair for me to be told it was all fixed drove to the end of the road for the light to come back on turned round and go back to the store. To be told it was the type of driving I do. They book it back in again I collect again still not fixed when I collect. So I ask to speak to a manager to be told they have all gone home. I refuse to leave until I have spoken to one within 5 minutes a manager appears promising to have the car fixed on my next visit.nn5 visits later and the car's still isn't fixed I have now been told that it needs yet another new part. Collected the car on the last occasion to be told that someone would ring me with an ETA on the part, no one rang a few days later I ring them to be told that the part has been ordered but they are still waiting for ETA, they Will chase it up and ring me back no call.nI have to ring them back a few days later to be told that it looked like the part was on backorder but they would check and ring me back still waiting for the call.nnThis has been the worst buying experience, I would never trust this company again they are good at telling you what you want to hear but unfortunately that's all there good at.

Excellent service ,I chose the car which was delivered from  their Sheffield  store to Ashton under Lyne .part exchange good and car picked up following day, all very professional.nI did have one issue with the car but this was sorted the following weeknGood customer care  as well !
