This is the first time I have bought a Car from HPL Motors. They came highly recommended from a family friend. Sales Person that I dealt with was Paul Heaven. I cannot fault the service that I received. They have an excellent selection of used cars all reasonable priced. They fully checked the Car and serviced the car This comes as standard and is included in the purchase price as advertised on the website. With the Car that I bought apart from the standard service, they also replaced the front break pads, a tyre and also the front disc at no additional cost. They also help me complete all the necessary paper work for me. The whole experience was hassle free. I highly recommend to give them a visit if you are thinking of buying a new car.

I part exchanged my Audi A5 convertible for a Fiesta Zetec S (not something you do every day!) a couple of months back and dealt with Chris Ward at HPL. Chris wasn’t a typical car sales man, he wasn’t pushy & made sure i was happy with my decision. He kept me up to date with no fuss. First class service (sorry for late review Chris!)

Wanted to part exchange my car so i decided to come to this place. Well where do i start overall the sales team and the staff were brilliant throughout the whole process of getting me the car. After you get your car that's it, The after care was awful i had to take my car back 4 times in the one month i have had it. First time i took it back there was rust on the back of the car which i didn't notice before buying and it wasn't pointed out to me. Called them and they got it sorted within the week wasn't really bothered just thought it was a one off and i have to never go back again. The second problem with the car was the intermittent wipers that were not working rang them to get it booked in and asked for a courtesy car. I didn't get one so i was left without a car for 2 days again and public transport is not cheap. They called me and said its the wiper sensors and it had been fixed. The car doesn't have wiper sensors and when i got there the problem wasn't fixed so pretty much they lied to me saying it was fixed. So Michael told me to ring the next day to try get it booked in for the Saturday when i rang and got through to him he said i should of received a call but i never did so i rang later that day and never got a response so i had to travel down there on the Saturday and book it in with service and i had to wait 2 weeks for the courtesy car and get the problem fixed. On collecting the courtesy car on the Thursday i was told i could keep the car until mine is fixed, Got a call the next day to find out the part wouldn't come in till the Monday and they wanted the courtesy car back at 5.30 before they go home because it was booked out with someone else. Even tho i was told i could keep it until mine was fixed, I checked the courtesy car to find out it wasn't taxed so i had been driving around in a car that wasn't taxed, Not happy. Had to drop my car off for the last time on the Sunday and yet again more public transport. Luckily my car was fixed this time but the money i spent on public transport was a joke! when i also pay for a car. The last problem was they took ages to pay off my old finance. I ended up getting in to arrears and getting a charge for missing my payment. I Definitely will not be coming back to this place again!

What a great team of people! We were very well looked after while looking for a new car. Once we had selected what we liked Ellis took both me and my partner for a test drive. John who covered all the paper work with us, explained everything and no question we had went unanswered with a competent reply. All in all a great experience!

New car is amazing never been so happy before. Great team at HPL motors oldham Steve A and Paul heaven are great salesman not had no problems with them. Would defiantly recommend coming here if you want an amazing car at a reasonable price
