We ended up with the car we wanted for the price we wanted. But they weren’t pleasant to deal with at all. Stressed me out.

I purchased a car from Keith (old man with grey hair who seems well pally) with a 3 month warranty. From day 1 the engine water coolant kept leaking and to date I have given the car back 5 times with nothing changed.

When I asked for a refund, Keith claims not to be the owner and he doesn't have authority to give refunds. When I wanted to swap the car, he hides the cars I want to take for a test drive the day after, claiming it had been sold.

The man is a fraud and the whole palace is aggressive. In the end I had to fix problem myself with a trusted mechanic spending 250 on a new radiator (old one was blocked hence water not circulating properly). 

Any potential buyers please be aware, these guys are the biggest cowboys who will promise you the world when buying a car but once it has faults, they will refuse to do anything about it, lie to your face and become very aggressive. 

I have been stressed to my stomach with Keith. Feared for my health too with their aggressive approach. Spend a bit extra somewhere else for a more reliable service.

Also note these guys trade under the name RW Trade Cars Ltd but on google are called Manchester Car centre (dodgy)....

Awful place! Owner is an old slimy man! Bought a car, within 4 weeks it started to show faults. Contacted them and they refused to speak to me. When it comes to taking your money, they are on ball. Please beware. They are well known in the area, but as I was not from Manchester I had no idea how bad they were. 
The man who sold me the car practically admitted he conned me, told me card payment machine wasn't working, and had to pay cash. He did this so that the bank wouldn't withhold the money once I complained about the car. Stay away from this place, it's not worth the hassle!

Bought a car, they funny about giving a warranty but as I insisted gave me 28days. Two weeks later the car needs big repairs! Contacted them and the man who owns it was very aggressive, as he didn't want to accept responsibility! Stay away from this place, if one place is getting so many bad reviews clearly something isn't right. They are known to trading standards also! 
Just a tip: the old grey haired guy that owns the place- always seems very nice and pally. Beware when a car dealer seems nice because none of them are, this old man has another side to him. STAY AWAY! Go to a reputable dealer!
