Waited for over 30mins for my appointment, while I had a busy schedule during the day. Couldn't leave because it is important and don't know when I will get  the next appointment... Don't come here if you need faster, polite service.

Been a patient for 3yrs now & have always found staff to be friendly & helpful. Female Dr's are the best I've encountered in Aberdeen to date. Only one complaint being one nurse did wrong test recently when went to give blood & her general attitude was disappointing. Receptionists working on Thurs am are very helpful as is the CPN

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The doctors are amazing! Everything else is shocking. They have done the wrong blood test a few times, and the nurse always struggles to find the vein. 

The receptionist team are by far the worst I've encountered, a prescription had a note to not send to the pharmacy which they ignored and refused to take the blame and sent me away. I had to return a day later with an urgent request from the psych hospital related to this prescription and the same lady told me to come back later (I got annoyed because I'd been trying to sort this all out for a week & I have 2 mental disabilities so was unstable) she overreacted, got frustrated and caused me to have a breakdown when I was with the GP. I had even tried to apologise but she used that as an opportunity to lecture me rather than accept the apology. I was appalled at her behaviour to a struggling mentally disabled person. 

The receptionist team also rarely answer the phone, are rarely friendly. Also expect at least a 40 minute delay for any appointment.

If you have any serious issues, you'd be better suited going elsewhere. I understand working in healthcare and dealing with people is very tiresome, but I have never come across a majority of people within a facility who couldn't care less about you. 

I was told I could continue doing all sorts of exercising with a torn tendon in my ankle. Whilst other nurses, doctors, and physiotherapists said to absolutely avoid exercising, apart from therapy and strengthening routines.

I hope this is the worst Medical practice or health related place in the UK or the world. Otherwise we are really going straight to hell. The receptionists are extremely rude, abrupt, disrespectful and very unhelpful. If you ask them gently to repeat something they give you an annoyed face. They treat you as crap without any reason, is like they enjoy abusing from the power(?) they have there… I can't understand why to be honest. Furthermore, their ignorance is supreme, they asked you where you come from, and they don't know even the names of the main countries in Europe.

If you have the chance, go anywhere else, no place can be worse than this.
