The practice was good years before but in the last week I phoned them twice and I had booked a telephone consultation. Twice no one called me back. Absolute ignorance of the patient. 10/09/17 After a few of days waiting for an appointment I had a chance to see my GP and a day after a nurse. In my opinion doctors always were good. Nothing to complain. The only receptionists should be improved. 10.11.2017 it seems to be improved. Phoned them twice no problems at all. Change my stars to 4.

Outstanding service, human, caring, warm as friendly. I have felt in very safe and caring hands every time I had to go there. They are understanding and do everything possible to help.

I have been a patient with them for many years, the doctors and nurses are fantastic but reception is awful. I have had two issues in the past six months with them, once was when I called to receive results from a sample back and the receptionist told me they came back clear, yet when I went in for my appointment the doctor told me actually, they were not clear. The second was more recently when I called about some other results of a sample and the woman on the phone was so inconsiderate and I had to figure out what I had to do and ask her several questions before she gave me any further information.

Not helpful what so ever had this doctor who was asking me question's like I was being interigated very abrupt and rude with me I wanted out of that room last week I went to see about the flue iv had for weeks I'm prone to chest infections during winter time as I have a heart condition i was in alot of pain due to so much pressure being on chest due to severe couching I coughed up blood was sick I was struggling to breath and sleep at night I stated all this to the doctor she checked my temperature and ears and mouth and turned and said to go home and let it go away on its on witch is a joke cause I'm still the same as I left the doctor's today now my lung has shooting pains now they honestly wouldn't care if you was dying it's a joke! Needs to be shut down or needs to be new doctors cause I know I'm going through alot more than just a bug seriously thinking about changing practices iv had enough now

I found out last tuesday i am type 1 diabetic first asked for needles last thursday have had multiple trips every single script has been wrong and delayed for the receptionist to turn round to me today and say its my fault. and i would have to wait another 48 hours that would have left me unable to take my life saving insulin. Receptionist shouted at me i walked out. My new surgery has no issues giving me my needles the next day. This place needs more receptionist from them to the nurses and doctors it always causes me huge stress trying to deal with these overworked people and that is wrong on every level when it puts my life at risk like this.
