Phoned up fpr an appointment was told a date i asked the receptionist isnt that abit long to wait was rudely told by reception its not there problem i asked the female receptionist too lose her attitude she had with me where then i was told i was the person being rude which i dont think asking a question is rude when i pointed this out too her she then spoke very rudely too me amd hung up the phone i called back too ask too speak to another receptionist or her manager where i was then told too get off her phone and re register somewhere else and again she hung up the phone 
I would strongly recomend you go elsewhere for a surgery as you will not be treated fairly at this practice

Generally fine, but front desk staff need to treat patients patiently.
