Take no notice of the bad reviews, this is a good health centre. Unusually, you don't just phone up and book an appointment - you phone up and get a call back from the doctor to arrange one. I've seen reviews on here complaining about this but it is the perfect system if you ask me, because you are explaining your problem to a doctor, not a receptionist. And unlike most practices, where you have to wait anything from 2 to 10 working days for an appointment - you pretty much get seen that day or the following morning. The only time I have had to wait more than 2 days to be seen is if I could not make it earlier myself. If that is not efficient I don't know what is. Some people just don't seem to be happy unless they are being miserable and complaining.

Would not recommend this medical practise. I have had multiple issues, from being redirected to wrong waiting lists , rejected help, misdiagnosed multiple times, having gotten different results to tests and when asked for copy for results wasn't given them. Results can only be checked from 11 - 2:30 and are read by unprofessional staff who have no idea what they are telling you and aren't able to explain them. Absolutely useless organisation. Go buy paracetamol and ibuprofen and that's going to help same if more then going there seeking for help here.

They use a phone call triage system but the point is it works, you leave your data and a phone call same day, most cases are done by the phone but they do not try to avoid to see you if they have to. Easy to ask for repeat prescriptions online.

Can't just make an appointment, you have to wait to speak to a doctor first. What is the point in that? I know I need an appointment just let me make one
