I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW THAT A DOCTOR AT YOUR PRACTICE TOLD ME THAT I HAD VERY LOW IQ AND I WAS NOT CAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING. HE ALSO MADE SEVERAL HOSPITAL RE-FERRIES WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WHEN I GOT LETTERS FROM TWO DIFFERENT HOSPITALS WITH APPOINTMENTS ON THE LETTERS I HAD TO PAY BY USING MY OWN PHONE TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENTS.THE DOCTOR'S NAME WAS DR WILSON BUT HE'S THERE NOW HE HAS RETIRED.I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE ON THIS ROSEMOUNT MEDICAL GROUP WEBSITE UNTIL SOMEONE FROM YOUR PRACTICE COMES TO TALK TO ME ABOUT IT. That was very stupid of you at the Rosemount medical Practice giving my brother so much insulin when there is a person living in the same flat who is very depressed and suicidal.I'm still waiting to hear from you. Abysmal. The receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. One in particular is very unpleasant, and can be heard shouting from the front reception area. The women can often be heard gossiping about patients and doctors, seemingly unaware that they can be heard. The doctors would do well to keep a closer eye on them. There is a lack of confidentiality in this surgery. I have tested this when I had a suspicion, and was disturbed to find that information about me had filtered through to people outside of the surgery who shouldn't know a thing about me. A huge issue, which needs to be addressed.

The receptionists are rude and useless. Felt like unwanted every time i went to the clinic. Never found anyone willing to help.

I have always had a good experience with doctors and nurses. The reception staff are pleasant and I've never had to wait too long for any appointment.
