Went up to Official Watches yesterday and was met by Juliet who assisted me with looking at watches . Had a fantastic time nothing too much trouble for the staff. Was looked after and felt that my time with them Was valued. Communication was excellent when planning my visit. Was able to look at numerous pieces and felt no pressure being put on me totally relaxed . The premises are out of this world in a very desirable location which is easy to get to. Juliet and her colleagues were professional and courteous. Even met the big boss Dino . A great experience and hope to see them again soon .
I recently purchased a watch from OWC, I can honestly say it was the most pleasant experience I have had in a long time whilst shopping. The service received and the attention to detail provided, not withstanding the excellent knowledge from the staff. I was presented with various options from different brands to suit my budget. Other retailers I visited pushed me for the quick sale. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Bought my first proper watch from Official. Mercedes was my contact, and she was really helpful. Very knowledgeable! Prompt communication and great service. Definitely recommend. 5-star service!

Wowww....What an outstanding experience I had selling my watch to Official Watches and especially George, who I had the pleasure of dealing with throughout the whole process, from my initial phonecall to the completion of my watch sale to them. If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars I would, because he deserves it.. The sales price was agreed in a couple of emails and I was in and out the boutique the following day with the sale complete after dropping off my watch. No drama, no fuss and the price I was promised in advance was honoured and the funds were transferred into my account within an hour of me leaving the boutique. I cannot recommend George or Official Watches highly enough and will definitely do business with them again in the future, especially if I have a watch to sell. Not only do they offer and pay the highest and fairest prices in my experience, but they are also good, decent and honest people who keep their word and can be trusted !!!!
