The day before my wedding a diamond fell out of my wedding ring. The staff here were able to swiftly, and on very little notice, reset the diamond and tighten the other stones to ensure no others would fall out. They were so kind and wished me well on my wedding day. I would not hesitate to return to them. Wonderful customer service, and so incredibly efficient and skilled. Thank you!
Every time I visit Collins the team go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and special. The quality of their jewelery is like no other and I love my signet ring which is still in amazing condition 4 year later. Will always shop here and recommend!

Amazing family-owned and family-run jewellers now transitioning to the second generation. Excellent and personal customer service that has earned them a royal warrant from the Queen for many years. Famous for their amazing gemstones, they can make jewellery to your own design as well as having a huge selection in stock. With their own workshop, they can also offer repairs and insurance valuations. They’re also internationally renowned as an authorised seller of Patek Philippe watches and count many serious collectors among their regular clients.
We are thrilled with our wedding bands. They are exquisite and fit perfectly, and the service we have received from start to finish has been second to none.
We had a splendid time speaking Anthony Pike-Ball, he was extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and made the experience very pleasant.
A gem of a place and family jewellery with years of history. Attentive and knowledgeable staff often matching the number of customers so no hanging about. Worth a look from the outside at this time of year to appreciate the Christmas decorations. But the real sparkles are within with a high quality range to jewellery and let's not forget the watches. Take a browse but beware it is like going to look at puppies. You will always come home with something.
I have bought two items of jewellery now from G Collins and couldn’t be happier with both items. They are fantastic quality and the service I have received on both occasions has been superb. Can’t recommend them enough!

I visited G Collins & Sons for the first time this month as I needed to have my white gold engagement ring replated ahead of my wedding in December. I was concerned about the time frame as most jewellers I spoke to when gathering quotes had to send the ring away, but G Collins have an in-house team so the ring never had to leave the premises. They quoted two weeks but the ring was ready to collect in one and honestly looks brand new! The cost was also substantially cheaper than most other local jewellers which was amazing!
