A fantastic experience from start to finish. I’d found Tomfoolery online while looking for an engagement ring that felt unique and unusual. Before travelling to the store I messaged the team and Laura was super helpful and responsive. By a happy coincidence it was Laura who looked after us in store, giving lots of great advice and suggestions. As someone who doesn’t see themselves as a traditional bride, I was put at ease right away. In the end I opted for a bespoke service and both Laura and Leah were totally brilliant at keeping me informed in the process, answering my questions, sending photos and offering great advice. The process from deciding on design and shape, to sourcing stones to payment and delivery was excellent. My ring arrived super quickly and safely too. I’m so thrilled to have a custom ring that’s not like anything else I’ve seen. I love it so much and I’ll definitely be back to buy more gorgeous jewellery from Tomfoolery!

I had a wonderful experience from the moment i walked in. Michelle understood exactly what i was trying to create for my bespoke engagement ring and she helped me understand the process perfectly. i picked up the ring yesterday and was blown away, its better than i ever imagined thanks to the advice and patience of Michelle and the team, the ring is perfect. Everyone in the store are so lovely and helpful and I can't wait to buy my next piece from Tomfoolery, there are so many amazing designers to choose from its now going to be my go-to for special pieces.
I purchased an item online but was sent the incorrect item. When asking for the correct item as described the team could not provide this so I was offered a refund. It was a very frustrating process as the item was not as described online. The team handelled the return quickly and efficiently although I did have to prompt for an update.
Lovely customer service. I bought four beautiful earrings from the online website and I had troubles with PayPal not working, I phoned the shop to explain what had happened and from start to finish the lady I spoke to was so kind and polite, the problem was on PayPals side so I did try again and it worked and the lovely lady I spoke to phoned me back to let me know that they had received my order. My order arrived the very next day! And she also wrote me a lovely wee note saying thank you and hope I'm happy with my earrings, I am very happy with my earrings. I would definitely recommend tomfoolery if you are looking for different unique pieces of jewelry, definitely my kind of shop! All in all very happy with my experience and I will definitely be back for more! : thank you to the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone! X
I had an amazing consultation with Issy on Saturday, she helped me find a beautiful engagement ring. Having come in for one designer in particular, I left with another and a ring that is more 'me' than I thought possible! Issy was kind, patient and very knowledgeable about the designers, techniques and materials used. I really enjoyed the process of choosing my ring here, she made it feel really special, a memory I will treasure along with my ring
Laura was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me find and fit the perfect jewelry for a tricky piercing. i love my new pieces!
Lovely customer service. I purchased a small piece of jewellery online to be collected from the store, then promptly forgot about it. I received a reminder email a year later !!! how forgetful one can get?? and finally collected my pendant. It was beautifully packaged and the lady was also very helpful regarding my enquiry regarding a forward helix earring, which I, for sure will return to buy soon. Thank you!
