I am extremely grateful to Ramina who works for them. She was extremely patient and polite and find me the diamond I wanted although I had to wait it was with it. I got it for  1/3 of the price I found in other places for the same size diamond. Recommend them. But if you want to buy a diamond jewellery from them you better go directly to the office and choose it yourself.

I was uncomfortable buying online so I asked to view the diamonds. I was offered an appointment that was convenient for me and spent a very interesting time with the expert team at Diamond Jewelry United. I am very happy with the stud earrings that I bought for my wife’s birthday and Hope she will feel the same!

TERRIBLE The table top of diamond was unfinished, huge crack in table and down through the crown. Was colour rated E which is usually colourless to the human eye but it was incredibly yellow. Diamond was so loose it could spin round. Phoned up and they immediately said, 'oh yeah, our grading is much lower than anywhere else', and 'we could have the diamond finished for you or select a better quality one for a price". Just a complete and utter SCAM. Picture of diamond is nothing like reality

I had bought a ring from them in Nov 2021. I received the ring in less than a week. The ring wasn't what we wanted and contacted them right away. They took it back np and worked with us for weeks to find the right fit after 50+ msg and 10+ videos we found the right ring. The ring we received is amazing! Thanks to the team Steven, Sarah and Romina. They were such amazing help. I will be buying from them again!

Love this place! My fiance found this online and bought my engagement ring from them. It was extremely good value for money and from what he told me a quick easy and efficient service. We will defo go back to get our wedding bands from here

My wife wanted Diamond stud earrings for Christmas and after determining her exact specifications I was off to find her earrings. After an extensive search of local jewelers, several online outlets, and suppliers, I was pleased to find Diamond_Jewelery_United. I found the exact cut and clarity. My wife was extremely happy. To say these are excellent people to deal with is an understatement. I initially purchased an item which when it arrived it was fine but just not what I wanted. I contacted them and they immediately offered a refund. I explained exactly what I wanted and they said they would find it for me especially. I must have been the fussiest customer ever but they were unbelievably patient and never complained despite sending me about 10 videos of various items. In the end they found me the perfect piece which was exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed with them that I have also ordered another piece since.
