I have recently been to Gill Wing for a ring for a special occasion. As always the service has been brilliant.Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love the jewellery here and people notice when I wear it!! Its not all big prices either. If you want something a bit different definitely come here  and have a look.

Lovely recent experience here - importantly felt very Covid safe with sensible precautions - great selection of pretty and unusual pieces from a variety of craft jewellers. My partner bought me a lovely silver/gold fairly chunky ring with a very pretty stone - a one off piece that I don't imagine I will see elsewhere. It is being resized for me, at no additional cost. Very happy with the service which was helpful but not over-bearing at all & they were happy for us to browse as much as we liked until I was ready to try something on. Recommended - let's all support our local small businesses if we can...

A close friend bought me a necklace from Gill Wing over 12 years ago as a special gift - a beautiful silver feather, which I wore constantly and was often commented upon. I treasured this and it meant a great deal to me. Whilst on holiday, I felt for it and found it was gone - it had fallen off somewhere and was lost. Whilst in Upper St, I visited Gill Wing on the off-chance they could help me to find a replacement. All I had was a poor photo of me wearing the necklace but it didn't really show it very well.  After all these years, they recognised the designer and contacted her. She had retired but incredibly she offered to cast a replacement. Bryony has worked tirelessly to help me to recreate the original - she has kept in touch frequently with developments, been respectful of my requests and has gone out of her way to recreate just what I wanted and making sure I was completely happy with it. I cannot thank her enough. I would recommend anyone to purchase special jewellery from Gill Wing - not only is the jewellery lovely but the individual care, after care and attention to detail is second to none.  Thank you.

I was incredibly impressed with the teams attention to detail and knowledge. They went above and beyond, answering questions in detail about the sourcing and materials of the rings we were interested in, and liaising with the jeweller to ensure the setting of the stone had additional clasps so it could be worn every day. They also ensure that the fit was perfect. If you're thinking of investing in a piece of jewellery I wouldn't hesitate to visit Gill Wing.

Unique jewellery. Together with a stunning team of creative artists who are alongside the entire process from purchasing to bespoke. Not only did we purchase my wedding ring from designer Justin Duance from here but, my old engagement ring was recreated into a new life by designer Bryony Wong; keeping the integrity of its origins whilst lifting it to a higher level. Gill Wing also repair antique jewellery as well as offering a bespoke service. My new found favourite jewellers ever! Emma

Incredible customer service!! I visited Gill Wing with a broken chain and the ladies were so lovely and helpful in fixing the issue. Their range of jewellery is absolutely stunning too.

A really lovely jewellers with lots of really special and interesting pieces! I had a lovely experience when I went in to ask for advice on keeping a silver ring I had bought there clean. The shop assistant was incredibly kind and gave the ring a silver dip and restored it to its original colour!

Bryony was friendly and very efficient with a claw re-tipping & resizing job. The quote was turned around the same day and the job competed ahead of schedule. I was really pleased with the service and would recommend this jeweller for any repairs etc.

Beautiful collection with reasonable pricing. Sofie was super lovely and helpful.
