I love this place. The staff are welcoming, the screens are big and the place is very tidy. Also very easy to book.
Had a fantastic evening here with my wife. The food was excellent—tasty, reasonably priced, and well-presented. We opted for premium seats, which were good but not necessarily worth the extra cost. Fortunately, we only paid £4 for both, as our health insurance covered the rest. The sound and visuals were top-notch, as expected. Overall, a great night out—thank you!
Love this place. Great staff, great service. Had a few issues with screens and phone orders but they handle technical difficulties so well! We had a recent projector breakdown arriving at a screening. Once it was up and running, skipped the ads and trailers, and gave us an apology and a free ticket. The staff whether busy or not are always polite and helpful! I rarely go anywhere else now.
Used my CEA card for the first time here which meant my carer got a free ticket. We booked standard seats and the staff member ensured a safe space for my mobility scooter. The seats were super comfortable and the venue was really clean and tidy. Expensive snacks and drinks but it's a cinema so that's expected! There is also a Costa so you can take coffee/tea/cold drinks into the screening too.
Went to watch a movie here this week. Staffing was horrendous.nnSaturday night and two people actually serving whilst whoever else behind were just tooling about pretending to be busy.nnTurned up 20 mins before movie, sat in a queue of only 2 people to order food. Guy behind counter spoke to one family for over 20 minutes with no care that there were other people to be seen. All they needed to do is get one of the other staff members who were messing around “cleaning up” to go to the til whilst he dealt with this family.nTime became tight as movie was about to start, went to order online to look over and notice there was one guy serving food with over 30 people waiting for it. Had to go to Costco and get a bag of crisps in the end.nnComplete farce, this was a Saturday night should be staffed properly, there’s plenty young people out there dying for jobs so go hire them.nCan see why cinema is dying was a joke of a set up.
