Visited this cinema twice in the last 3 weeks. I must say it was a pleasure both times. The tickets are fairly priced especially when you compare them to other cinemas. Seating is comfortable. We purchased a large combo which was a large popcorn either salted, sweet or mixed and a large drink several different fizzy pops available between us it cost £10. Both items were indeed large, there was a little bit of pop left but nearly half of the popcorn was left so we took it home lol. The staff are nice and friendly and only too happy to show you how to go about buying your tickets and snacks on the touch screen purchase points. All in all both visits were pleasant experiences and we will definitely be investing in their special cinema pass which is £11.99 a month.
I'm a big movie goer and have been here a few times since it reopened I've never had any reason to complain the staff are really nice and are very helpful I'm disabled which the staff have helped me every time, I've also taken up the monthly omnipass at £12 a month where you get 1 free ticket to each movie for a one time use and if you book through the Flexi ticket you can change your booking for an extra 60p for me it's ideal as i love my movies
The monthly membership is a great way to watch as many films as you like at a fixed price. The only downside is that you can't watch the same film more than once unlike Cineworld Food and drink prices are very high, but on par with most other cinema chains. Booking is easy and quick. Seating is comfortable and the picture and sound of the film's I've seen so far have been excellent
Really reasonable tickets anyway but just use the kids special Thai weekend. £2.50 a ticket and saw a film we wouldn't have otherwise
Very quiet mid-week. Easy to get parking and easy to get a ticket self-service machines. Some stuff to entertain you before the film too. The cinema was nice and clean toilets etc. too, and the staff were very pleasant.
It's great that the cinema was taken over by a new company and not simply left to rot. It could really do with some upgrading though. The seats are old and uncomfortable when watching a lengthy movie.
Still being done up from it's previous life but clean lovely staff
Good cinema with plenty of screens. VIP area upstairs and a small stocked bar not very impressive. Has a lift with anyone who has mobility issues. Machines as you enter so you can book your tickets without having to queue. Plenty of toilet facilities including disabled and child changing.
Great to see our local cinema open again. Bought tickets online and easy to do
Been twice since changing over prices are very reasonable
