All staff were super kind, and held our luggage in a private room as we were going on a cruise trip after. I don’t usually review things but the whole experience was great. Whoever plays the music has good taste too! I heard the Halo: Reach ‘Winter Contingency’ OST and shed a tear. I love that game. Best experience at a cinema period. Visited  06/02/2025 in the late morning

One of the most affordable cinemas in tyne and wear area,Mostly all the new indian films are played over here,Screens and sound surround quality is good,Seating capacity is less so have to book well in advance if need choice seats,also best connectivity through bus and metro from gateshead interchange,Just 3-4 minutes walking distance.

When to see Beetlejuice tonight and was Served by a girl called Meg I'm Disabled and she had so much Patience's with us finding us a seat out the way of everyone near the exit just a nice genuine friendly girl if only everyone was like her it would make the world a better place

Was in screen 8 to see a movie, absolutely freezing and there was a strong stench of stale urine, the light did not go off and when I got up to leave there was a huge patch of what I assume was urine on the seat, I also overheard other people talking about the smell, completely put me off my popcorn and made me question the cleanliness of the building. The parking is also a little bit confusing.
