I have been to the Vue a few times and have to say its the filthiest cinema I have been to. My sister and I had to clean our seats off before sitting down, most of the others looked the same. Food all over the floor, the toilets were filthy with toilet roll everywhere. Corridors had food and rubbish all over, probably due to overflowing bins. Told the girl on the ticket 'podium' she just looked bored and couldn't even be bothered to answer. Its a good local cinema, get more staff in and clean the place up!
Terrible management and very rude manager he has said to me and my 3 friends when we came out the movie and asked for a different movie he became sexist saying that we wouldn’t like curtain movie bec of our age and sex which I find extremely discriminating and they over charged up than what was online probably because of our age when we asked to see superman we were bullied into watching a different movie EXTREMELY disappointed in this experience. This is an absolute disgrace I am extremely dissatisfied this establishment is a disgrace.when we asked to watch the new f1 movie he looked at up like we were dumb. Utter disgrace.
Nice cinema, a real asset in Northumberland which otherwise has very little in the way of entertainment! Nice to see the classic reruns like The Rock with the big sound treatment. Well kept, clean, good seats, will be using more often in the future.
Went to see How to Train your Dragon at Cramlington. Bought the memorabilia including a cold drinks cup which leaked all over me but didnt think to much of it. Took it home and just opened it to clean it and the rim is damaged - very disappointed 8 year old and it cost £15. There is no way this hasnt been notice when they have filled it. Really took the shine off the evening.
Fantastic staff and manager!nI left my phone at the cinema the other night and didn’t realise until I got home—cue a little panic! It was too late to go back, and I was worried it might’ve been taken.nI popped back the next day and spoke to a really lovely young lad and his manager—a tall guy with a tidy beard—who both immediately knew what I was talking about. They told me a phone had been found and handed in, and asked me a few security questions, which I was genuinely impressed by—like “Can you log back into your phone?” 10/10 — many places miss this.nAnyway, they were both fantastic—super kind and helpful. Thank you, Cramlington cinema team!nnI’ve visited this cinema a few times over the years with my kids and friends, and it’s always been fab. It’s clean, modern, and has great parking. Sure, there’s no IMAX or massage chairs—but for £4.99 a ticket, the screen’s brilliant, sound is spot on, and the hotdogs are lush! I watched The Accountant 2 and had a great time.
