Showing the best art house, foreign language and independent films not usually found at the multiplexes. Big screen and impressive 5.1/7.1 thx sound. Very appreciative and knowledgeable audience. Only let down is the hard seating (well it is a university lecture theatre) but cushions for members are provided.

Great place and they even show a couple of movies for around £5 if you are a member of the RUSU movie society.

They show a good range of films, from the independent to the mainstream. Shown in a lecture hall, the seating is good. They've installed a really good surround sound system in there! It has a relaxed atmosphere, and the tickets are cheap. Food is not openly welcome, but just ensure you tidy up afterwards. Parking is good in the large university car parks.
