Visited on a week day. There was a decent number of people in the viewing and plenty of space. Comfortable seats with ample leg room. Even had a glass of wine. Lovely!
Visited on a weekday and while the seats were comfortable and the theatre clean, I have to give a low rating for a couple of reasons. 1 the screen was very dark and much of the film was difficult to see, 2 I left the theatre during the film to try and find a member of staff to speak to about this but there was no one. Just 2 members of staff serving huge queues in the foyer and they were far too busy to speak. So I missed part of the film entirely and did not see most of it due to the extreme darkness of the screen.
What a low standard cinema! I came inside, and the escalator didn’t work on the way up! On the way down you have to use the stairs! It’s 2026! Vue should be able to afford some decent escalators! The lift is out of service as well, but is used as a disable lift only! I paid 6£+ for a large Pepsi!!! What a rip off! Saw Avatar 3, felt like the volume was too low as well! Who is in charge here? Whoever it is, he/she is not doing a good job!
I'm late but I need to get this off my chest since it's been bothering me ever since i came herennI came here in about 2023 around june time to watch the barbie movie with a couple friends and sibling then when I went to go buy a snack it combo the worker was rude so what happened was this:nnWorker:sweet or saltynnMe:what? Could you repeat that pleasennWorker: *sighs in a rude way* sweet or saltynnMe:i pick sweetnnWorker:*says all the chocolate names*nn*i say which one I want he gives it*nnMe:can i have another straw my straws will melt since it's papernnWorker:ive already given you twonnMe:okay can you get someone to help me find the movie room please or my seat? im not sure where to gonnWorker:no i cant do thatnnAnyway then i paid and went to find where i go and sit etc now the worker might seem like hes not in the wrong and tbh im not trying to put him in the wrong of anything but he as giving me rude tones while speaking so i feel like i had to report it
Me and my friend went with vouchers to watch a movie for free. Unfortunately we made a mistake on our behalf and we had to pay full price. However the staff could have been more helpful in some way instead of just standing there waiting for us to work it out. It’s also expensive for what it is. However the place is clean and we had a good view of the movie. We went to see Fantastic Four and it was very good.
