Lovely venue with fantastic staff. Full English breakfast and great evening food. Serious leak in the room during the night, but Head Receptionist was extremely professional and accommodating in changing us into a different room and refunding costs. Great bar area. Despite the one off maintenance issue, we would definitely recommend.

Staff extremely friendly, nothing too much trouble, food fantastic. We stayed on a deal booked last November. It included afternoon tea, and evening meal, bed and breakfast. We upgraded to a suite and it was a great decision. The room was fantastic with plenty of room. We were upstairs and we would choose an upstairs room again for the views. Afternoon tea was fresh and included unlimited tea and coffee which is generally the norm but there are places that charge you extra. Evening meal was beautifully cooked will definitely return. Breakfast also excellent with a lot of choice and not cheap ingredients. Worth every penny. Will definitely be back and can't wait.

Good value for the price paid. Stayed in Ranworth. Nice apartment but in need of some TLC! - loose electrical fittings, loose toilet seat, light bulbs need replacing, and view from the lounge is of 30 or more beer casks - why not put their the fenced enclosure, not outside it. Very friendly staff, but perhaps none of them go up to that end of the site much? Not quite "Best" Western, but with a bit of attention it could be!

Great stay for a small price. Stayed on a Saturday night not recommended if you want sleep as bar turns to a club till 12am. Meal and breakfast was spot on and lovely helpful staff.

Had my husband's 65th party there. Amazing service from start to finish. They even postponed it for me because of the bad weather we had and went out of their way to reorganize for the following week. Food was also very good and the accommodation was excellent. Can't find fault!
